Mississauga Real Estate – July 2020 – House prices are on the increase over same time last year According to the Toronto real Estate Board. The board reported the average sale price was +11.9% over June 2019. Further sales activity has rebounded over the slower months during the start of the pandemic in March. Even more a resurgence in higher end home sales

In the same vein, the board stats point to a resurgence in higher end home sales. Namely with detached and semi-detached making the largest gains.

 

As seen in Mississauga the market has been hot with many buyers experiencing multiple offer situations. Indeed, it’s a seller’s market with not enough homes for sale to meet the demand. As seen in the chart below prices for all housing types are on the rise.

In conclusion it’s a sellers market in Mississauga Real Estate market. Albeit the market is still recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic and subject to the prevailing health orders.
