Her dedication to providing high professional standards to her clients have made her a respected member of the Niagara community (where she’s lived for the past 17 years). Angela’s talked with us on Boomers on the Move before. Now in this episode, she’s back to give us an update on Niagara’s real estate trends.

What areas do you cover in Niagara Region?

“I cover the whole region, so we’re talking about Fort Erie and Port Colborne up to Grimsby, Stoney Creek area. It’s a very large, very diverse area.”

How’s the real estate market in Niagara Region doing these days?

“Like everywhere we have definitely seen a bit of a slowdown. Buyers now have the edge for the first time in a few years . They’ve got the luxury of having options to look at. People can now start putting conditions back in offers again. But we’re still trekking along at a relatively decent pace historically. It’s just not as fast as it was compared to the last couple of years of chaos.”

How would you characterize the market now?

“We’re in a bit of a buyer’s market…”
