How is the market doing in Barrie and Simcoe County these days?
The last time we talked was 2022. “In 2021 and 2022 we went through a time of close to no inventory, which seems like
an exaggeration but really it wasn’t… there was a very low amount of inventory. Of course, as we all know the balance between supply and demand… the supply was so small, the demand got very intense, and the prices went through the roof. That’s all in the rear view mirror now – it’s passed. We’re getting back to… I wouldn’t say normal levels of inventory, because they’re still below normal (by normal I mean 2019)… but they’re slowly starting to come back up…”
