Mississauga House Price Report April 2017 – Mississauga Real Estate – According to the Toronto Real Estate Board, March sales increased by 17.7% over the same month last year. Condominium apartments followed by detach homes have been the leaders in sales. Good news that new listings are also on the rise with an increase of 17.7% over the same month last year. Buyers are out in full force resulting in many multiple offer situations. The result is an increase in average house prices of 33.2% from March of last year. In summary it’s a strong sellers’ market across the entire Greater Toronto Area.

Toronto home buyers are coming to Mississauga

In Mississauga we have been experienced a similar trend to Toronto Real Estate. However, Toronto home buyers and families are coming to our city searching for more affordable Mississauga homes for sale. The average home price in Mississauga for March 2017 was $753,788 vs Toronto $873,631.  Therefore Mississauga house prices are 15% cheaper than a similar home in Toronto. The result is a price saving of $136,187.48 for Toronto home Buyers.
