Boomers on the Move Spring 2021  Video- To begin with, It’s Scott here with my Boomers on the Move Spring 2021 workshop. As a result of COVID-19 emerging last year. More Baby Boomers began smart-sizing their homes as they transition into retirement.  In so much as there is no one size fits all.  For some Boomers, they’ll be  moving up into a condo apartment, smaller home or townhouse in the city. While for others moving outside the GTA. Initially in search of communities more suited to more leisure time, a new lifestyle and with things to do. So  30 some odd years ago, many of us graduated from school, moved to the city for a job, got married, bought a house, had kids and raised a family.
