Mississauga House price Report June 2021 – It’s still a strong sellers market across the GTA. This according to the June 2021 Toronto Real Estate Board Market Watch Report. So far this year, sales activity peaked in March to a slower pace now. Albeit still a hot market by any standard. While the number of sales has slowed, so too has the number of new listings. In fact May’s average house price remained positive. As can be seen by the graphs below. The result is the average house price across the GTA was $1,108,453; an all time high on record.
Here in Mississauga, we continue to experience general lack of inventory in all housing types. Showings are strong and the majority of homes are selling over asking. Both low rise styles and high rise condo apartments are selling in high demand.
