When it comes to downsizing your home for retirement, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. There are so many options! If you are wondering where you should move when you downsize your home, you have come to the right place!

Who Am I?
My name is Scott Brubacher, and I am an experienced real estate Broker at Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty, Brokerage in Mississauga.
Searching out the challenges facing Baby Boomers in life transition is a bit of an “obsession” for me… (my friends think I’m nuts 🙂 ) and recently, a gang of associates and I decided to create a workshop and publicly speak about the subject…
We wanted to combine our passions – and create the best darn Event for Baby Boomers in Life Transition and help those planning to downsize their home. We wanted this to be the greatest resource you could find online and share with you all the lessons we had to learn the hard way…
We initiated a massive research project and interviewed Baby Boomers to find out exactly what information would be most valuable in a comprehensive “how-to” workshop.
The project quickly consumed my life!
I’ve scoured the MLS system, read all the sales reports, researched different locations and then decided to take a drive! After visiting numerous cities and townships outside of Mississauga I have compiled complete profiles of where to move and why! My goal is to share this information to help educate you and to give you options.
This is the true gold that you won’t find anywhere else. The info you’d otherwise only discover after decades of REAL feet-on-the-street experience – including answers to all those tough questions you can’t just get by doing an internet search.
