(Learn to Live More with Less!) Explained all in one place

Dear Friend,

Thanks for signing up for my “Downsizing Tips & Secrets: What to do with all my stuff!” newsletter. You should receive your first issue in your email box within the next few minutes 🙂

When is comes to downsizing your home for retirement, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Many Baby Boomers have collected so many things they don’t need anymore. Over decades these treasures stack up on shelves, garages and basement floors and attic rafters.

If you are wondering how toMississauga real estate break the emotional ties and get started to de-clutter all your belongings then this could be the most exciting thing you ever read!

Here’s why:

My name is Scott Brubacher Broker at Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty Brokerage.I’m about to share with you information that took me a lifetime to discover… and show you how to learn EVERYTHING you need to know about Downsizing Your Home for Retirement …all in one place!

…And the best part? You can check everything out for FREE.

Here’s the story:

Searching out the challenges facing Baby Boomers in life transition is a bit of an “obsession” for me… (my friends think I’m nuts 🙂 ) and recently, a gang of associates and I decided to create a workshop and publicly speak about the subject…

We wanted to combine our passions – and create the best darn Seminar for Baby Boomers in Life Transition and help those planning to downsize their home. We wanted this to be the greatest resource you could find online and share with you all the lessons we had to learn the hard way…

We initiated a massive research project and interviewed Baby Boomers to find out exactly what information would be most valuable in a comprehensive “how-to” workshop.

The project consumed almost an entire year of my life!

I’ve scoured the MLS system, read TREB sales reports, researched different locations and then decided to take a drive! After visiting numerous cities and townships outside of Mississauga I have compiled a ton of resources to help you get educated and ready to downsize to your dream home and retire comfortably.

This is the true gold that you won’t find anywhere else. Info you’d otherwise only discover after decades of REAL Feet on the Street experience – including answers to all those tough questions you can’t just get by doing an internet search or heading over to your local library.

The final product is a workshop, “Boomers on the Move” where we explain everything step-by-step, complete with real life stories, anecdotes, and methods to visualize and make your retirement dreams come true…

Unlike most workshops, our presenters speak in layman’s terms. All your questions will all be answered. We want you to walk away feeling it was a well-rounded. Not to mention really glad that you attended.

Boomers don’t sit on your plans to downsize because the exercise will take planning and time.

Testimonies From Our Participants

“The resources you have shared will be very helpful in deciding where we might want to move to and the kind of home we will be looking for. Thank you for an excellent workshop. Please continue to offer these education seminars. Regards,”Eileen W
” My husband and I attended Boomers on the Move evening put on by Scott Brubacher. Scott’s talk on different locations for relocating was very informative. We enjoyed all three speakers, especially Laurie Usypchuk. Her talk on what do do with all our ‘stuff’ was most interesting and helpful.”Marg Allen
” It was a very informative evening. Each topic covered offered interesting information. Each speaker was knowledgeable. They all spoke in layman’s terms. They answered all questions. It was a well-rounded seminar and I was really glad that I attended.”DJ Cochrane
” Scott, I wish to commend you on this evening’s presentation. The content was relevant to the audience and raised many questions as to individuals’ preparedness.” David Shaw
” We both thought the presentations were excellent. We’ve already started getting things out of our house, thinking to right size in the future. You inspired us to do more! We got a clearer idea of what we have to do to prepare for a future move. We enjoyed meeting you and your team. There was a lot of good information presented on all topics covered. We have heard of reverse mortgages but didn’t know anything about them. Likewise the number and variety of financial offerings existing today make it clear that you need professional advice. The information about preparing your house for sale was very interesting for both of us and brought up things we hadn’t considered. The resources you have shared will be very helpful in deciding where we might want to move to and the kind of home we will be looking for. Thank you for an excellent workshop.”Eileen Walker
” Before you make your retirement moves, I strongly suggest for you to talk to Scott and attend one of his workshops so that you’ll have the confidence and certainty to make the right retirement decisions!”Mark Diatel
